If you are having trouble viewing PDF files ensure you are running the latest version of your web browser. You can update your browser and Adobe Reader from the links below.
If you use Safari on a Mac
and cannot view the PDF files then Safari is likely configured to use the Adobe PDFViewer plugin. There is a bug which causes this plugin to fail when displaying access-restricted PDF files. A work-around is to disable the Adobe plugin and use Mac's native PDF support. To do this go into the /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
folder and remove AdobePDFViewer.plugin
. Restart the browser and try again.
